My First Entry!!

     My first entry in my new blog!!  How exciting.  I started a blog to post articles and other info for my Kindermusik families.  I can’t wait to start the next semester in December.  I’m really looking forward to getting to know each child and parent.  Music is such an important tool for children and adults.  I wish each child could start with Village and continue Kindermusik through Young Child.  Many will start piano lessons or some other instrument after that and will see how Kindermusik has been so instrumental in preparing them on their lifelong musical journey.  A lady at my son’s preschool stopped me at my car the other day when she noticed my Kindermusik car sign.  She asked if I taught Kindermusik and when I replied that I did, she said she took her son to Kindermusik for 4 years and that now he was a gifted musician.  And she attributes that to Kindermusik and the foundation years she spent there with her son.  What a testimony for Kindermusik.  I remember knowing about Kindermusik in 1994 and thinking I couldn’t wait to have kids and take them.  Who knew that 13 years later, not only would my children be benefiting from it but I would be teaching other children Kindermusik.  What a priviledge, honor and responsibility and I promise each family that I won’t take it lightly.  My goal is to produce children that LOVE music and want to continue training and learning after they have graduated from Kindermusik.
